I had a wonderful stay as a solo traveler where I enjoyed the nice resort atmosphere with plenty of family-friendly activities, and the beach was just a quick walk away, which made it easy to enjoy the sun and sand every day.

Spending 7 nights in a Family Suite was enjoyable, especially with two little kids who loved the calm beach and pools. The friendly and attentive staff made the experience stress-free, with excellent service at dinner in various restaurants keeping meals exciting. However, the WiFi was inadequate, restricted only to the reception area, and the room could have benefited from more thorough cleaning, as there were some dust issues.

Food quality is lacking, with limited options served repeatedly, especially for children, leaving us frustrated after four days. The beach felt crowded, making it hard to find a sunbed, and there were no bathrooms conveniently located between the two swimming pools, requiring long walks. Additional fees for parking and extra charges for items typically included in all-inclusive packages were unexpected surprises. Notably, the room we received was in need of renovations, reflecting older decor and limited amenities compared to standard expectations.

The location is perfect for beach lovers, with an amazing pool that includes a swim-up bar. The nightly entertainment was fun. The massage services at the spa were relaxing.

The atmosphere here is relaxing with beautiful gardens and large pools. The beach is stunning, perfect for sunbathing. Staff are attentive and friendly, making us feel welcome. We enjoyed the diverse dining options available. Overall, a great experience for families.

Unexpected meals, delightful stays

Woke up each morning to a stunning beach view that took my breath away. The staff was amiable, making it feel like home.

However, the food selections were repetitive and often left much to be desired, especially for my kids.

The beautifully landscaped grounds with flowering gardens and palm trees provided a serene atmosphere, perfect for relaxing strolls. I found it easy to navigate the hotel, with ramps and seating areas thoughtfully placed for senior guests like myself.

More accessible seating options near the beach would help.

Friendly staff, clean bathrooms, are the highlights of my stay, especially with the excellent Wi-Fi available throughout the hotel, which made it convenient to stay connected while I explored the area.

Everything was top-notch.

The main pool area and water park were a huge hit with my kids! They loved the kids' club, which was vibrant and full of engaging activities. We also enjoyed the delicious mix of Egyptian and international cuisine at the various restaurants on property.

In my wife's opinion, the snack bar could use more variety for light snacks throughout the day.

The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, making our stay very comfortable.

The noise from the ongoing renovations disrupted our sleep during the mornings.

The location is fantastic, with shops and bars nearby for an enjoyable evening stroll. The staff stood out as exceptional, always welcoming and helpful. I loved the sea view from my Premium King Room. it added a special touch to the overall experience.

Some areas in the hotel are in need of a bit of an update.
