fantastic access to beach and family-friendly activities nearby
I had a wonderful stay as a solo traveler where I enjoyed the nice resort atmosphere with plenty of family-friendly activities, and the beach was just a quick walk away, easy to enjoy the sun and sand every day.

The place is relaxing, the staff are consistently courteous and pleasant.
The breakfast with fried eggs, the three meals, pasta being available with salad is perfect and solid for what is offered...

Cordial and obliging staff, was willing to help with advice about anything. The restaurant was great with again helpful friendly staff here, I had hot dishes. The pool was covered and I had branded drinks in the main bar.

Spending 7 nights in a Family Suite was enjoyable, especially with two little kids who loved the calm beach and pools. With excellent service at dinner in various restaurants keeping meals exciting. The WiFi was inadequate, restricted only to the reception area, and the room could have benefited from more thorough cleaning, as there were some dust issues.

The hotel complex is very spacious with many pools. In addition there is a beautiful private beach.
The breakfast buffet was full of sweet pastries. Unsweetened bread was too scarce. But there was all the more hearty breakfast.

Rich buffet. Very nice staff.
Rooms in the "Second row" were very run-down and not clean. Rooms in the "first row" were very good, modern and clean.
-
missingWrote a review on 12 Septlow-quality food
Food quality is lacking, with limited options served repeatedly, especially for children, leaving us frustrated after four days. The beach felt crowded, and there were no bathrooms conveniently located between the two swimming pools, requiring long walks. Additional fees for parking and extra charges for items typically included in all-inclusive packages were unexpected surprises.

Quiet hotel in a nice original style building. Amazing and solid breakfast option with again the steamed veg, nuts, options changing daily. Location next to the offices, reception, guest relations, restaurants, and downtown or the airport...

Pool landscape and beach section nice and clean
We were accommodated in the villa area across the street. Old and used room not more than 3 stars, the bathroom small, tiles jumped, towel holder loose on the wall, the shower also constantly wobbled. Has little to do with Hilton, very disappointing

Reopom and view form the room. Close location to the beach. Away from the hassle of the main town centre.
This was our first real experience of Egypt and the Hotel was good although the meals were only buffet and there seemed to be different standard for all inclusiv customers and ourselves who were independant. We booked ataxi into town through the front desk which on reflection was expensive and in hindsight with more experience of the egptian manner of selling we should have haggled and paid about one third of the original asking price. We incorrectly assumed that as this agent was within the hotel he would be reputable.

Unexpected meals, good stays
Woke up each morning to a fine beach view that took my breath away. The staff was amiable.
The food selections were repetitive and often left much to be desired, especially for my kids.
